Patty Hedrick RN, BSN, BA, CRRN, CCM, CPDM, CLCP has been a Registered Nurse for 20 plus years, and is the Founder of Nurse Coach Alliance, a company dedicated to coaching nurses to explore nursing opportunities within and outside of the hospital setting.
Ms. Hedrick has traveled internationally as an International Business Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME). Patty is a published author and speaker, and is listed in the Who’s Who and has received the award for Woman of the Year
She is a testifying expert, and has served on multiple boards. She is dedicated to the profession of nursing and helping nurses to discover all the opportunities available to them.

Patty coaches and offers support to Nurses who are looking to make a change in their lives, and need a coach to help them reach their goals. As a Nurse Entrepreneur, and business owner, she is aware of the possibilities and opportunities for nurses.
