We are in the process of revamping the website, so it is a work in progress. :) I started Nurse Coach Alliance many years ago to help nurses who wanted to explore other options, besides traditional hospital nursing. Or if they wanted to continue in the hospital, to find the best fit. Sometimes, we get out of nursing school and take the first job. Once you have your skills, another area of nursing may be a better match. As nurses we have many transferable skills. When I started my own company, I discovered one of the skills I needed was business skills. Fortunately, I had some great mentors to guide me, and I have enjoyed mentoring too. Thanks Karen.
